Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students in classroom settings
- Support daily routines, classroom participation, and smooth transitions
- Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social growth as directed by teachers or staff
- Implement individualized support plans (e.g., IEPs, behavior plans)
- Encourage a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18 years or older
- Completion of TB test (per school compliance standards)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them promptly
- Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Certifications in CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, not required)
