Salary range:
Minimum pay follows UC academic salary scales; typical range $75,301 – $98,249 (Point 3 – Point 12)
Anticipated start:
Positions usually begin at the start of the semester (June 1, August 1, January
1). Appointments may be renewable based on need and performance.
The Lecturer will supervise student design projects, give lectures, prepare assignments and project topics & deliverables, hold regular office hours, prepare exams or hold reviews, give design advice, and submit final grades. Lecturers may also contribute to course design and program development as required.
Qualifications- Basic qualifications (required at time of application):
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent international degree). - Additional qualifications (required at time of start):
Minimum one year of teaching experience at the college or university level, or at least five years of industry experience. - Preferred qualifications

Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City & Regional or Urban Planning, Urban Design, or Sustainable Design.
