Salary range: The current salary range for this position is $116,500 - $140,500 (9-month academic year salary) however, off-scale salary and other components of pay, which would yield compensation that is higher than this range, are offered to meet competitive conditions.

Position descriptionThe Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Quantitative Marketing with an expected start date of July 1, 2027.
The Haas marketing group is widely recognized for its capability to create cutting-edge knowledge and new theories in the marketing field as well as its related fields such as economics. Faculty members investigate substantive issues such as marketing analytics, industrial organization, digital marketing and others, using either empirical or analytical methods.

QualificationsBasic qualifications (required at time of application)
Applicants must have a Ph.D. (or equivalent international degree) or be enrolled in a Ph.D. (or equivalent international degree) granting program at the time of application.
Preferred qualificationsWe are especially interested in applicants with a Ph.D. in Marketing or other closely related fields. We prefer applicants who currently have a PhD or who have advanced to Ph.D. candidacy and will complete the doctoral degree or equivalent degree within six months of the start date.
