Lead Hardware Systems Engineer – Fighters

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical,Δεν, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
• 14 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree慈; or 12 years of relevant experience with a master's degree; or 9 years of relevant experience with a Ph.D.
• Proficiency in leading engineering design, development, and analysis for system integration.
• Experience in consulting on design, integration, testing, and operational capabilities for various military and international programs.
• Knowledge in validation and verification of requirements.
• Expertise in managing and conducting critical tests to validate design performance.
• Ability to monitor supplier performance for compliance with requirements.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Capability to support products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience kåte mentoring junior team members.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Lead collaboration with clients to develop and document requirements for complex electronic and electrical systems.
• Oversee the analysis and conversion of intricate requirements into system architecture, hardware, software designs, and interface specifications.
• Manage testing and validation processes on sophisticated system designs to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Collaborate in the creation of program test strategies.

• Execute independent program reviews and convey findings to program leadership.
