Requirements
Must have:– Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution – Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience – At least 3 years of experience in systems integrationResponsibilities:
- Provide engineering leadership to technical teams, promoting collaboration and innovative thinking – Oversee the planning, design, development, and verification processes for F-15SA modernization programs – Direct technical and integration leadership, managing the execution of program plans with minimal oversight – Ensure the maintenance of technical baselines and integration across systems – Respond to changes in Prime Requirements, assessing impacts and negotiating modifications to deliverables, resources, and schedules – Ensure all requirements are properly allocated and maintain traceability to meet strict standards – Cultivate strong relationships with the United States Air Force to align on key initiatives – Work with platform system architects to ensure architecture consistency across all F-15 programs
