- Lead the design, operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of industrial and facility water systems, including cooling water, low-conductivity/deionized water, process water, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic and thermal calculations, equipment specifications, process designs, and engineering documentation.
- Design and specify pumps, heat exchangers, filtration, RO, deionization, piping, valves, instrumentation, and chemical treatment systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters and manage treatment systems to prevent corrosion, scaling, biological growth, and equipment degradation.
- Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, preventive/predictive maintenance, system upgrades, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Manage water-system projects from conceptual design through installation, commissioning, startup, and operational handover, including schedules, cost estimates, and technical scopes.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, controls, contractors, vendors, and facilities teams to ensure reliable and safe system performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, safety requirements, environmental standards, and operating procedures, while maintaining accurate drawings, specifications, calculations, and maintenance documentation.
