Senior Home Lending Advisor – Chase Home Lending

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan process, while the Home Lending team supports you by providing specialized knowledge in home lending products. You will adhere to all regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase's financial products. • Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Work collaboratively with bankers, meet with their customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross‑sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, , electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develop a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories), and manage formal and dotted‑line reporting relationships.
• Build and maintain role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Use consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven retail banking sales experience.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• FHA/VA sales experience.
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act; an employment offer is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.

The role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
