Position: Full-Time
Location: Berkeley, CA
Salary: $187,000 – $210,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Director of Pharmacy to lead our onsite pharmacy at a busy community health clinic. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a collaborative team, and ensure our patients receive the highest level of service and medication safety.

• Plan, direct, and evaluate all pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance and service quality
• Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws
• Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff to promote continuous professional growth
• Manage departmental budgets, contracts, and grants to support cost-effective operations
• Oversee medication procurement, storage, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances
• Serve as a consultant to clinical providers on medication therapy, formulary updates, and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and organizational ethics policies

Represent the department in leadership meetings and professional forums

• Pharm
  
  D or BPharm degree
• Active California Pharmacist License
• Proven management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical best practices
