Inclusive Community Resources, LLCis an agency that provides supports to enable adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in their own homes. We are currently looking to hire a full-time Support Facilitator to organize and supervise several teams of attendants who work with our adult clients living in the Alameda County and Contra Costa County.
Compensation:
This position is full time (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and on call).Salary starts at $72,000+/year.

We need a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is creative and easygoing. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: screening and training potential employees; providing direct service/personal care to both males and females as needed; researching community activities that might appeal to our clients; carrying an emergency cell phone; administrative duties such as reports, emails, phone calls, etc.;
and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background, including experience using spreadsheets (we frequently use Google Sheets), as well as writing proficiency and excellent time management skills. We prefer to hire someone who has worked with people with disabilities in residential settings for a minimum of one year. We are looking for someone with leadership experience and who is able to easily adapt to working with many different personality types.
You should be the type of person who takes initiative and needs minimal hand holding, while still enjoying working as part of a team.
Because our clients live all over the Bay Area, you must own a reliable vehicle that you can use for work (we reimburse for mileage), and you should have a clean driving record. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a go-with-the-flow personality and a strong administrative background. Everything else can be taught!
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using Google Sheets.
- Experience with supervising and hiring is highly preferred.
- You should be at least 18 years old with a valid CA driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Those with at least one year of experience of direct support of individuals with disabilities will be given first priority.
- High School diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - You must pass a criminal record check through the Department of Justice prior to your first day of employment.
- You must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within the first three months of hire.
- You must also be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
