Caregiver​/Personal Attendant​/Direct Support Professional; DSP

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Hiring Bonus: $600 ( $200 after the first full week working with clients and $400 after completion of 90 days )

We are hiring for both full‑time and part‑time positions. Thrive Support Services, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them through daily tasks and fostering independence.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration and community outings.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide hands‑on care including bathing, dressing and toileting support.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

• At least one year experience as a caregiver or in‑home aide, preferably with adults having developmental disabilities.
• High level of accountability and dependability.
• Valid California Driver License and reliable vehicle.
• Pass DOJ fingerprinting/background check.
• Hold CPR/First Aid certification.
• Have TB test result.
• Valid auto insurance with $100,000–$300,000 bodily injury liability coverage.
