Role SummaryA Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- W-2 Full Time:
Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required - W-2 Part Time:
Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required - 1099 Independent Contractor:
Provide a minimum scheduling availability for a caseload of 15 clients per week - Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license:
Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California - Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
