Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks seeks Licensed Clinicians in Berkeley, CA to provide a blend of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions.

• LPCC or LMFT or LCSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians must be licensed in California and reside in the state where they practice.

Up to $68,100 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
• Participate in a collaborative team environment.
• Serve as a behavioral health generalist, open to seeing couples and/or children.
• Show potential for leadership/supervisory roles.
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Maintain integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care.
• Engage in professional development with team.
