MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1.Must possess ONE of the following licenses as required by state board where services will be provided:
WV:
Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the West Virginia Board of Social WorkLicensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the West Virginia Board of Counseling
Psychologist OR Supervised Psychologist through the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Psychology
PA:
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) through the Pennsylvania State Board
Licensed Professional Counselor through the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors
Licensed Psychologist (LP), Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) License OR Psychology Resident through the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology
MD:
Licensed Masters Social Worker (MSW)
OR Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)Licensed Professional Counselor through the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors & Therapists
Licensed Psychologist OR Psychology Associate through the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
OH:
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board
Licensed Psychologist through the Ohio Board of Psychology
2.State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), asrequiredfor regulated areas
