Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient in outpatient hand therapy setting. The position involves providing specialized therapy services, including splint fabrication and treatment of orthopedic upper extremity diagnoses, for a diverse patient population ranging from pre-teens to geriatrics.

• Certifications:
  
  BLS; minimum of five (5) years of experience in outpatient hand therapy, including expertise in splint fabrication for post-operative cases, acute injuries, and chronic conditions. CA Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Schedule:
  
  Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional information:
  Candidates should have experience treating a wide range of orthopedic upper extremity diagnoses including post-operative conditions, acute injuries, workers compensation cases, and chronic disorders. Patient population spans from pre-teens through geriatrics. Responsibilities include assessment, evaluation, splint fabrication, patient/family education, plan of care, and re‑evaluations. Certifications must be AHA or ARC. Two references obtained within the last year are required.
