Life Long Medical Care is seeking a Central Referrals Coordinator for the Berkeley administrative offices. You will manage specialty referrals, follow-up, data entry, and tracking as part of a patient-centered care team.
Qualified candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred), and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with benefits.
