Feel supported. Keep growing. Love your work again. You became an SLP because you wanted to make a difference—not spend your days feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or like you're doing it all alone.
At Justine Sherman & Associates (JSA), we believe great therapy starts with clinicians who feel supported, valued, and excited to come to work.
We're a clinician-led private practice where collaboration is real, mentorship is built in, and your professional growth matters.
And unlike many SLP positions, JSA offers the unique opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to adults. You can build a caseload around your interests while also expanding your clinical skills and discovering areas of speech-language pathology you may not have explored yet.
If you're looking for a workplace where you can become a better clinician without burning yourself out
, we'd love to meet you.
You won't be thrown into a caseload and left to figure it out.
At JSA, you'll have:
- Real mentorship and support — especially for CFs and newer clinicians
- A collaborative team — you'll always have someone to ask, brainstorm with, or celebrate a win with
- Work across the lifespan — enjoy the unique opportunity to work with pediatric and adult clients
, building variety into your caseload and growing your skills across different areas of speech-language pathology - Family-centered therapy — meaningful work that includes caregivers, not just the client
- Ongoing learning — 12 CEUs each year plus opportunities to grow your clinical skills
- Room to grow — explore specialties and populations that interest you rather than being limited to one age group or area of practice
- The tools you need — company laptop and therapy materials provided
- Leadership that listens — your ideas and feedback genuinely matter
You'll provide individualized, one-on-one therapy to clients across the lifespan
, giving you the opportunity to work with the population you love—or expand your clinical experience into populations you've always wanted to explore.
And unlike many SLP positions,
your week isn't packed wall-to-wall with therapy sessions. Your schedule includes built-in paid time for non-therapeutic responsibilities like documentation, care coordination, collaboration, preparation, and other tasks that are essential to doing your best clinical work.
You'll have time to connect with families, collaborate with your team, and document thoughtfully—
without having to squeeze everything into your evenings or weekends.
We want you to leave work feeling like you did good work today
—not wondering how you're going to keep doing this for another five years.
