Compensation:
Hourly base pay range $19.18 per hour plus tips with a $2 shift differential based on overnight.
Work Schedule:
Evenings, Friday through Sunday.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, providing information, and managing vehicle retrieval procedures.
Essential FunctionsMaintains pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet in a professional manner. Uses guest last names during interactions.

Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location. Practices proper phone etiquette. Remains posted in designated areas when not completing tasks.

Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously. Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage, opens vehicle and hotel doors.

Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries. Provides information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions. Delivers messages, items, or guest amenities. Shuttles guests to approved locations.

Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issues claim checks after receiving vehicle keys, collects claim checks before returning keys. Maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt. Calculates and collects revenue when needed.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or in a commutable distance)
- One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Read and write standard English
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations
- Add and subtract three‑digit numbers and multiply/divide with tens and hundreds using US currency
- Understand 24‑hour and military time systems
- Understand rates applicable to time passed
- Operate manual transmission (highly desirable)
- Perform parallel parking
- Talk or hear regularly; sit or stand for extended periods; may run, walk, or climb stairs; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Exert up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, 20 lbs constantly to move objects.
- Operate outdoors for extended periods; subject to extreme heat and cold; may require protection.
- Travel up to 5% may be required.
