Wash all china, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department;
Break down boxes and empty trash containers into the dumpster; clean containers;
Clean walls in the kitchen, especially in the dish room area;
Clean floor mats, sweep and mop the kitchen floor daily;
Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading the correct temperature
