This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Berkeley, CA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to support the company's growth. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, creating job postings, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs. In this role, the recruiter will also contribute to building a positive employer brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and maintain connections with potential candidates
• Proficiency in conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and a strong ability to match candidates with appropriate roles
• Organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently and accurately
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet hiring goals within deadlines
• Experience in recruiting within marketing or similar industries is a plus
