IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

About the roleThis is a role close to clients, decisions, and delivery.
You lead projects end-to-end, from discovery to launch, taking responsibility not just for timelines, but for quality, communication, and outcomes. You have the autonomy to choose and adapt the project approach and methodology, make decisions that balance business goals, quality, and delivery speed.
Depending on your experience, you can focus purely on leading complex projects (Senior PM), or combine project ownership with mentoring PMs and a leadership track (Lead PM).

Our projects are complex, innovative, and built in close partnership with clients. We communicate openly and treat Project Managers as decision-makers, not coordinators.
Your responsibilities- independently managing several IT projects,
- owning scope, priorities, budget, and delivery quality,
- ensuring projects stay predictable, well-paced, and aligned with business goals,
- translating client needs into clear, actionable plans,
- working closely with Developers and Sales,
- maintaining transparent communication with clients and stakeholders,
- * additionally, in the Lead variant: mentoring and supporting other Project Managers, contributing to improvements in delivery processes, handling escalations and complex project situations, raising the overall quality of project execution.
- has 5+ years of experience managing IT projects for external clients,
- thinks in business terms and understands how decisions affect delivery, margin, and client satisfaction,
- makes decisions confidently and takes responsibility for them,
- communicates clearly, directly, and handles difficult conversations with a partnership mindset,
- works proactively and keeps projects moving forward,
- is fluent in Polish and English
, - lives in or near Wrocław and can work from the office 4 days a week,
- * has previous experience in people management (Lead).
- salary between 9 000 – 14 000 PLN net (B2B), depending on experience and scope,
