Technical Scrum Master​/Agile Delivery

Lead to support complex, multi-team delivery across networking, distributed systems, and API-driven platforms. This role goes beyond traditional Scrum facilitation and requires the ability to operate effectively in a highly technical environment, coordinating across software, infrastructure, and architecture stakeholders.

• Lead multiple Scrum teams with Agile methodologies in sprint or Kanban.
• Own and facilitate all Scrum meetings such as the daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demo, and retrospective.
• Coach the organization and technical leads to adhere to Scrum practices and focus strictly on delivering real value for real users.
• Provide support within planning and reporting tools such as Jira.
• Help teams achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and self-organization capability.
• Help build an environment of accountability where team members feel a true ownership of the product.
• Support the Product Owners with backlog management, scope management, handling stakeholder requests, and defining priorities.
• Build and maintain reports for both the team and management, including burndown, project planning, and capacity in order to provide ongoing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct other activities such as story point estimation, adjusting roadmaps, supporting quarterly planning, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Accelerate teams by resolving conflicts, removing impediments, and reducing context switching.
• Curate a team culture that encourages commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage, while upholding the pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Scrum Master or Product Owner role in a software environment (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience coaching teams new to Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with cloud-native projects, particularly those that involve both cloud and on-premise platforms or systems; supporting a cloud-based platform using a micro-services based architecture.
• Able to handle large (>100) teams of developers, or a large number (>10) of teams.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and servant leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum elements and artifacts (user stories, sprints, kanban boards, backlog refinement, scope, velocity, definition of done, and more).
• Ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work with and lead a team.
• Ability to be highly flexible and adaptable within a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to coach, understand, and empathize with team members while putting people first.
• Ability to lead agile transformation efforts while leaving space for team culture.
