Reports to Night Crew Manager
Responsibilities:
- To oversee that all displays and end caps are built and stocked for daily store operations and sales. To supervise and oversee the activities of the night crew
- Able to assist the manager in scheduling, training and performance management in a timely manner.
- Creative problem solving and ability to work through complex challenges daily.
- Understands and responds to situations with appropriate sense of urgency and good judgement.
- Creating process, systems and resource materials to ensure the success of the department and the team.
- Ability to work productively with all levels of staff, mgmt. and customers.
- Knowledge/
Skills:- Previous experience in supervisor/manager a plus
- Ability to project friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work as a positive team member
- Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English
- Well-organized, with special attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Other:
- Willing to work overnight shift
- Manual dexterity:
Able to use fine motor skills to handle/maintain/install equipment, frequently. Must be 18 years of age to operate equipment - Lift/Carry/Push/Pull:
Ability to handle up to 50 pounds independently or team lift, occasionally - Sit/stand:
Up to full duration of shift, two or more hours at a time - Stand/bend/stoop/walk:
Ability to alternate positions throughout the course of the shift, frequently depending on task
