The College of Environmental Design (CED) is a multifaceted with three departments (architecture, city & regional planning, and landscape architecture & environmental planning) and an institute that holds degree programs (Institute of Urban and Regional Development);
undergraduate, professional graduate and research doctoral degree programs; a suite of highly regarded summer design institutes; widely recognized environmental design archives; computing and fabrication facilities; and a building with an auditorium, classrooms, studios, labs, research centers, library, archives and a café.
The Stewardship Analyst is a critical support role within the Development and Alumni Relations team at the College of Environmental Design. The position is integral to donor stewardship and alumni relations efforts, including development communications and events. Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Development and Alumni Relations, the position is designed to provide administrative support and project management for the team.

- Lead CED’s stewardship program, including writing and designing custom donor stewardship reports and program impact reports, establishing CED’s stewardship e-campaign as well as creating and managing the CED stewardship calendar. Responsibilities include managing the CED acknowledgment program and building out the program to include giving society thank you letters and the first time donor program. This position oversees the coordination of the student awards stewardship process in partnership with CED departments.
Serve as liaison for University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) on endowed chair reporting, fellowship/scholarship reporting, the acknowledgment service program, and CED point person for UDAR Donor Relations gatherings. - Lead development communications initiatives, including executing written and e-communications via marketing cloud emails, developing donor notecards, managing CED giving pages on give.berkeley.edu, and supporting development and distribution of D+AR alumni communications.
