Production Assistant

The Production Assistant supports Saint Mary’s College High School theatrical productions by providing organizational, logistical, and administrative support throughout the production process. Working closely with the Visual and Performing Arts Department Chair / Theater Director and the production team, the Production Assistant coordinates pre-production, performance, and post-production activities to help ensure productions run smoothly and provide a positive experience for students, families, volunteers, and production personnel.

This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, communication, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
