We are currently seeking someone to join our team as a n Entry Level Business Management Trainee . Our focus is on bridging the gap between our clients and potential donors. Through managing and hosting events in the local community, we are able to connect with various members of the community while contributing to a greater cause.
The Entry Level Business Management Trainee role will be trained by our top Senior Account Managers to demonstrate excellent customer service by being the initial contact point between our clients and potential donors. You will also help our fundraising team continue to increase donations by monitoring the campaigns and managing different events while properly working the territories in order to capitalize on client and customer needs.
Our goal is to train an individual on how to professionally represent our clients and provide them with insight on how to manage all business operations for future charity campaigns.
- Complete training on how to develop a fundraising campaign and conducting research on potential donors
- Build relationships and educate community members on our charity partner through presentations in order to drive fundraising efforts
- Follow all client guidelines when accepting donations and ensure each donation is properly recorded
- Attend daily team meetings where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help achieve these goals
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
- High school diploma/GED or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience working in non-profit, charity, fundraising, or other people-facing positions
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must have exceptional communication skills to communicate effectively with members of the community and members of or team as well
- Must be a student in order to receive our training
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!
