Rafiki Coalition seeks a Health Policy Fellow in our Internships department to support nonprofit health policy and advocacy initiatives. The Fellow will conduct policy research, analyze legislation, and draft briefs focused on health equity and community wellness. Working in a collaborative, forward-thinking culture, you will help develop policy recommendations, support community outreach, and assist with program evaluation.

This role offers hands-on experience shaping health policy while contributing to innovative solutions that address social determinants of health in underserved communities.
