Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Your RoleAs an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence.
What You’ll Do- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour.

- Weekend & Holiday Differential: 6.1% bonus on top of your base hourly rate for working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications- Physician Assistant:
Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. - Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT Certification required prior to start date.
- BLS certification required before first day.
Part Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $72,540–$100,880 base (at 2 shifts per week); $72,540–$115,003 with productivity bonus (at 2 shifts per week).
Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $108,810–$151,320 base (at 3 shifts per week); $108,810–$193,689 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week).
Compensation includes hourly rate, wRVU bonus plan, weekend differential, and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), learning programs, and PTO.
