TheMedical Directorwill:

• Provide high-level clinical oversight and leadership for the veterinary team

• Deliver quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients

• Guide medical protocols, support continuous improvement, and uphold standards of care

• Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff in clinical and professional development

• Collaborate with the practice manager on hospital operations, staffing, and client service

• Promote a positive team culture that encourages communication, growth, and patient-focused care

• Work aflexible schedulethat supports a healthy work-life balance

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)degree from an accredited institution

• Active or eligibleCalifornia veterinary license

• Strong clinical and surgical experience in small animal practice

• Prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
