Sr. Hardware Quality Manager

I am thrilled to announce that I have joined @copperhome as their Director of Manufacturing and have an incredibly high-impact opening on my team: we are searching for Copper’s first dedicated Senior Hardware Quality Manager to own end-to-end quality as we scale production.

If you have experience running the Quality functions for an electromechanical or energy storage product, this is a rare chance to shape our future. Reporting directly to me, you’ll have the opportunity to build practical quality systems from scratch, moving us into predictable, high-quality execution. 1

This role is a singular point of accountability for quality outcomes across all pillars: supplier, New Product Introduction (NPI), factory/assembly, field, and customer quality. You will personally design and execute core systems like inspections, defect tracking, SCARs, and serialization, while driving supplier performance with our overseas and US manufacturing partners.

Join us in our mission to electrify every home with clean energy by integrating batteries into appliances, starting with the stove. This is a hands-on role that lays the foundation for a growing quality team at Copper.
