Prellis Biologics is advancing next-generation antibody therapeutics by integrating machine learning, scalable biology, and proprietary 3D-printed human lymph node organoids. We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist with a strong background in therapeutic antibody characterization to join our therapeutics team. The successful candidate will contribute to the analytical assessment of monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, and Fc-fusion proteins
, supporting drug development through detailed biophysical and biochemical characterization
.

• Perform comprehensive analytical characterization of therapeutic mAbs, bispecifics, and Fc-fusion proteins/antigens.
• Conduct biophysical and stability assessments including Tm, Tagg (Uncle), Size, AC-SINS, HIC, cIEF, aSEC, and BVP assays
  .
• Support formulation, develop ability, and comparability studies through analytical data generation and interpretation.
• Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing experimental results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process development, CMC, and Antibody Generation groups.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, quality, and documentation standards
  .

• MS or PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of industry experience with characterization of therapeutic antibodies, bispecifics, or Fc-fusion proteins.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tm, Tagg (Uncle), Size, AC-SINS, HIC, cIEF, aSEC, and BVP assays
  .
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  .

• Experience in antibody develop ability, stability profiling, or comparability studies
  .
• Optional/Preferred:
  LC-MS-based antibody characterization (intact, subunit, peptide mapping) for detailed structural analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations for therapeutic biologics characterization.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
