Overview

As a Store Manager, you will oversee store operations and bring our brand promise to life: to offer a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience to our communities. You’ll learn how to run a second-hand business—you’ll embody an entrepreneurial spirit, learning everything from buying, merchandising and inventory practices to gaining and maintaining the trust of a customer base who has been devoted since day one.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers by greeting them with a smile and creating a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment to shop and work in.
  • Prioritize tasks and delegate to the team to run the store efficiently, including managing breaks and lines.
  • Be customer-focused by guiding customers in how we work and helping them find what they need.
  • Mentor and coach team members using training tools and growth plans to support their development.
  • Communicate clearly with management to ensure partnership and alignment on store goals.
  • Problem-solve to enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and overall store performance.
  • Operate with integrity and act in the best interest of customers and the business.
  • Be compassionate, inclusive, and focused on developing a diverse, authentic work environment.
  • Be reliable and flexible, supporting the team as needs change throughout the day.
Minimum Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail management as a Lead Manager supervising a team of 15+ employees (2 years+).
  • Extensive fashion knowledge including familiarity with labels, brands, designers and current trends.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Wage & Schedule

WAGE RANGE: $70,304-$80,304 per year.
