Working at Target's small format stores involves ensuring product is in stock, accurately priced, and well-presented. The role includes cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy, providing exceptional guest service at all times.

• Greet and service guests with minimal disruption.
• Work across all departments to maintain a full, zoned sales floor.
• Push and stock product to the floor.
• Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans.
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure correct signage.
• Complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy.
• Support major transitions and ISM.
• Assist with cashiering, order pick up (OPU), and Drive Up (DU) where applicable.
• Accurately execute pulls (autofills, CAFs, out‑of‑stock, manuals, guest requests) and backstock.
• Process inbound deliveries for inventory accuracy.
• Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits.
• Operate power equipment only if certified.
• Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy; follow equipment guidelines.
• Follow processes accurately, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks.
• Provide a shopping experience that meets guest needs.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Perform any other duties based on business needs.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and a guest‑first culture.
• Experience in retail fundamentals: sales trends, pricing, promotions, inventory management, process efficiency, and improvement.
• Ability to support daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Adaptability to current technology.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Quick resolution of guest questions.
• Attention to detail and following multi-step processes.
• Accurate cash register operations.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise up to 40 lbs.

Perform tasks that involve lifting or moving merchandise, operating power equipment (certified), and working in a busy, fast‑paced store environment.
