As a Sales Assistant, you will support the team and clients by assisting with day‑to‑day store operations. The role provides hands‑on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. You will report to the Assistant Manager and work closely with our sales and visual teams.

• Support order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow‑up
• Help maintain the store’s visual presentation and product displays
• Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies
• Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service

• Interest in design, retail, or customer service
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using MacOS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites
• Willingness to learn systems like Sales Force and design software (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and move items as needed

Compensation range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Additional incentives may include a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive, and equity awards.

Open daily, Sunday through Saturday. Weekend and holiday availability required.
