We are hiring friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisors to connect with customers and share their love of cycling. • Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience.
• Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style.
• Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships.
• Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations.
• Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up.

• Perks & Pay:
  Starting pay is $18-$26/hr and includes a bi-weekly bonus potential

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• A working knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear
• Confident in using a POS system, CRM tools, and basic office tech like Google Workspace
• Competitive (in a good way!) and motivated by clear goals
• Comfort with the physical demands of the role:
  Lifting bikes, moving boxes, and being on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone
