Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered.

• On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, demonstrating your drive and passion for helping people.
• You will be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You will work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• The environment is fast‑paced; being flexible and open to change helps you stay current with evolving technology and meeting customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We will provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $21.43 and $24.95 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Retail Sales Consultants working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Sign‑on bonus details:
It is not applicable to internal employees. AT&T reserves the right to pay the first portion of the bonus after 6 months, the second after 9 months, and the third after 1 year of employment, totaling $10,000. Eligibility also requires being in good standing at the time of payout. Applies to all job offers made from 5/19/2025 to 12/31/2025.
