- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Availability to work full‑time five days per week, including one weekend day.
- Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Windows programs.
- Ability to quickly learn and follow new technology, processes, and systems.
- Will drive within canvassing areas and accommodate longer drive times to meet client needs outside the assigned area.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in‑home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom products/services.
- Retail experience, ideally in a home decor or furnishings field.
- Education or experience in design and decor.
- Experience with POS systems.
