Responsibilities
  • Expertly match products and services to client needs.
  • Successfully close appointments by demonstrating the company’s value proposition and building trust and credibility.
  • Execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors that could affect the company’s bottom line.
  • Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide high‑level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner for internal and external clients.
  • Be flexible to business needs, including appointment scheduling, time‑off requests, team meetings, and training.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Availability to work full‑time five days per week, including one weekend day.
  • Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Windows programs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow new technology, processes, and systems.
  • Will drive within canvassing areas and accommodate longer drive times to meet client needs outside the assigned area.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in‑home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom products/services.
  • Retail experience, ideally in a home decor or furnishings field.
  • Education or experience in design and decor.
  • Experience with POS systems.
