We're looking for a Counter Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and wants to build a long‑term career with a respected industry leader.

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Building materials, lumber, hardware, construction, or contractor sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience with estimates, order entry, and customer follow‑up is highly valued.

• Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Help customers find the right products and solutions for their projects.
• Prepare estimates, process orders, and coordinate special orders.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to help customers complete their projects.
• Work closely with purchasing, dispatch, yard, and accounting teams.
• Continue developing your product knowledge and industry expertise.

• Inside Sales.

• Customer Service.

• Sit/stand for 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
• Horizontal reaching is required.
• All mobility motions are required (standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing).
• Limited range of motion and physical activity occurring randomly for 8 or more hours per day.
