Maintenance Manager

• Inspect, install, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, leaks, and blockages.
• Supervise and support the maintenance team in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Diagnose and resolve service requests related to HVAC systems, electrical work, drywall, appliances, and general carpentry.
• Maintain community amenities, including the swimming pool and hot tub, ensuring they remain safe and fully operational.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds to uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

• Education High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in property, facility, or residential building maintenance.
• Previous experience supervising maintenance staff or operational teams.

• Extensive knowledge of plumbing repair and fixture maintenance.
• Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
