Location and Duration
São Miguel Island, Azores. Duration: 2–12 weeks.
Compensation and RequirementsCost: from €1025. Fee includes food, accommodation, in‑country support, orientation, and project activities. Does not include flights, travel insurance, personal spending, visas or vaccinations.
Benefits and Objectives- Support intergenerational well‑being by organising creative, educational and recreational activities for children, teens and the elderly.
- Empower youth through a Hip‑Hop dance project that builds confidence and social inclusion.
- Enhance community health by assisting with medication management, ensuring safe storage and accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with local NGOs and participate in projects matched to your skills and local needs.
- Organise and facilitate arts, games and educational activities for children, teens, and elderly residents.
- Assist in the Hip‑Hop dance project, helping young people develop confidence, teamwork and belonging.
- Support medication tracking systems, ensuring proper storage and accurate record‑keeping.
- Work alongside NGO staff – you do not replace any staff member.
