Insight Housing is seeking a Resident Advocate to provide operational and supportive services to Men’s Shelter clients under the supervision of the Shelter Program Manager. You will ensure quality service delivery, supervise clients, and enforce shelter policies with empathy and professionalism.
The role requires handling intake paperwork, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in staff meetings and drills. Shift is Wednesday–Saturday, 12am–8am, 32 hours per week in Berkeley, CA.
