Insight Housing is seeking a Housing Navigator for Albany residents experiencing homelessness. The role focuses on field outreach, engagement, and housing navigation to connect individuals with safe, stable housing.
The position requires building trust with unsheltered residents, performing CES assessments, and developing housing stability plans while coordinating with regional partners. Prior field-based experience is preferred.
This is an excellent position to take on the Field Outreach Housing Navigator role at insighthousing.
The advertised compensation is 55.000 - 70.000.
