Full Stack Developer III

The Full Stack Developer III builds and supports applications, integrations, and digital tools that enable PBK’s Architecture vertical and broader AEC operations. This role partners closely with architects, engineers, corporate stakeholders, business leaders, and IT/Security teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve project delivery, data access, automation, and user experience. The Full Stack Developer III brings strong front-end and back-end experience, practical cloud delivery skills, and the ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve engineering efficiency without compromising quality, security, or reliability.

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience delivering production applications end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; directly relevant experience, certifications, or training demonstrating comparable expertise in full-stack development, API-first services, cloud-based solutions, secure development practices, and enterprise integrations may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Type Script, React, or comparable front-end frameworks.
• Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, .NET/C#, Python, or similar technologies, with REST API design experience.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware patterns, and cross-platform data workflows.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including app hosting, identity, storage, and basic networking concepts.
• Practical SDLC discipline, including version control, pull request workflows, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and maintainable code practices.
• Experience supporting production systems and improving reliability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate engineering work while maintaining quality and security standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical solutions and AEC business needs.
• Self-starter with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to design solutions that are supportable, secure, and resilient.

• Experience with Autodesk ecosystem integrations, Autodesk Forma, data management services, or AEC project delivery data.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Deltek Vantagepoint, Microsoft 365, Graph API, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with containerization, Docker, cloud-native patterns, observability tools, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, performance tuning, or secure cloud application delivery.
• Relevant certification such as Azure Developer Associate or equivalent practical experience.
• Agile and delivery-oriented approach with the ability to ship iteratively with high quality in a fast-changing technology landscape.
• Customer-minded approach with a focus on outcomes for architects, engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders.
• High standards for reliability, security, maintainability, and craftsmanship.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.
