Job Purpose:

- The Yard Clerk at Truitt and White Lumber Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with loading products in the yard. This role requires effective communication with other departments, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or building, and possess skills such as bilingual communication and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers load product out in the yard.  - Exhibit professional customer service at all times.  - Communicate with other departments effectively.  - Exhibit time management skills.  - Ability to work on feet most of the day.  - Ability to lift up to 80lbs.## Qualifications Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role.  - Experience in a physically demanding job, including lifting heavy objects.  - Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in construction or building materials industry.  - Previous experience working in a lumber yard or similar setting.
