Position Summary
Automotive Technician – Berkeley, MO
$28.00 - $32.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days

Pay & SchedulePay: $22.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light-medium duty fleet vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
- 2+ years’ of hands‑on experience performing automotive
vehicle maintenance and repairs - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below)
- Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical if required for the role
- Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job.
- Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise.
- Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants
- Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
- Ability to move and position heavy objects
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
