Position Responsibilities- Documents data to support ongoing customer engagements.
- Defines short‑ and long‑term engagement priorities, creates timelines, and coordinates with cross‑functional stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Works closely with business development teams, programs, and functional management to capture customer voice to increase sales and gain new business.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive customer engagement roadmap aligned with product strategy, goals, and trade shows.
- Leverages detailed understanding of customer and Boeing needs to recommend alignment and integration opportunities.
- Utilizes company resources to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage, and foster business growth through deep knowledge of specific Boeing products and services, processes, operations, and resources.
- Analyzes business alternatives to recognize customer needs relative to strategic direction of internal Boeing programs.
- Assists in developing strategy and tactics using knowledge of customer needs, Boeing products, services, and competitive environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing and presenting executive‑level briefings.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Security ClearanceThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
