Position Overview

Title: Senior Business Development Representative (Level
5) – Air Dominance (AD)
Program: MQ-25
Location: Berkeley, MO (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures; provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers; lead process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • Manage, develop, and integrate cross‑functional teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with US Navy/DoD requirements, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence senior‑level executives.
  • Skilled in leading strategic technical briefings and effectively communicating specialized mission‑planning information to domestic (USAF/USN) and foreign military customers.
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with government acquisition processes including RDT&E.
  • Experience with the acquisition of new business, proposal development, and IRAD program execution.
  • Experience in Business Development and Strategy.
  • Experience as a Capture Team Lead or Sales Lead.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Other Requirements
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). A clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active.
  • 1st Shift.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Drug‑free workplace; employees are subject to testing where criteria are met per policy.
  • Relocation assistance is NOT a negotiable benefit; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Pay range: $153,000 – $207,000 (based on experience and market).
  • Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
  • Health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance.
  • Boeing 401(k) with employer match up to 10% of eligible pay (immediate 100% vesting).
  • Student Loan Match – eligible employees may have qualified student loan debt payments counted toward the company match.
