Position OverviewTitle: Senior Business Development Representative (Level
5) – Air Dominance (AD)
Program: MQ-25
Location: Berkeley, MO (100% onsite)
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures; provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers; lead process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
- Manage, develop, and integrate cross‑functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience with US Navy/DoD requirements, budgeting, and acquisition processes.
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence senior‑level executives.
- Skilled in leading strategic technical briefings and effectively communicating specialized mission‑planning information to domestic (USAF/USN) and foreign military customers.
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Experience with government acquisition processes including RDT&E.
- Experience with the acquisition of new business, proposal development, and IRAD program execution.
- Experience in Business Development and Strategy.
- Experience as a Capture Team Lead or Sales Lead.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). A clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active.
- 1st Shift.
- Occasional travel required.
- Drug‑free workplace; employees are subject to testing where criteria are met per policy.
- Relocation assistance is NOT a negotiable benefit; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
- Pay range: $153,000 – $207,000 (based on experience and market).
- Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.

- Boeing 401(k) with employer match up to 10% of eligible pay (immediate 100% vesting).
