Associate Engineering Tech Specialist

Position Overview

Associate Engineering Tech Specialist – Air Dominance Team, Berkeley, MO. This role is 100% onsite with up to 10% travel domestically or internationally and requires an interim U.S. Secret Security Clearance (pre‑start) and a final clearance post‑start.

• Maintain applicable processes, work instructions, presentation templates, and other relevant documentation & data repositories.
• Track process, event, and data submittal requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and events.
• Assign and maintain product and document identification.
• Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders as applicable.
• Perform planning and status reporting.
• Track requests for estimate and related content.
• Conduct quality review of various data item types and program deliverables.
• Collect, format, and present and schedule data to support schedule management.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year using Excel for data analysis.
• Minimum 1 year editing PDF and Word files.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated interest in personal learning and development, and process improvement.
• Ability to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks, with an understanding of organizational cultures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written communication across organizations.
