- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role.
- Proficiency in project estimation, cost management, bidding, budgeting, material take‑off, and cost analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for well‑informed decision making.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of construction laws and regulations.
- Professional certification in construction estimating or cost engineering is a plus.
