BJC is hiring a UI/UX intern for our team! This position is looking for  grads that are majoring in User Experience/Research Design.

June 2026 - May 2027

20 Hours/wk during school year

40 Hours/wk during the Summer

Looking for candidates with a 2027/2028 Graduation date

Would need to reside in the STL area for duration of internship

The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) will support the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare. We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project‑based. As an intern in the career development program students can expect to work part‑time during the school year and full‑time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degree program – preference is given to those who have completed at least a freshman year.

Students will have exposure to a variety of professional experiences: professional development training and workshops, extensive networking opportunities, interaction with senior leaders, and a dedicated support network.

• Takes initiative to identify additional work not assigned that enhances the effort with logical next steps.
• Excels in a team‑based environment.
• Solve problems using creativity and innovation.

• Enrolled undergraduate degree program.

• Less than 2 years of experience.
• No experience in supervisory role required.
