Purposeof Position
The Client Services Representative plays a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for every client who visits our center. In this frontline role, you’ll provide excellent customer support through friendly verbal and written communication, help manage multiple phone lines, and assist with administrative tasks that ensure a smooth and enjoyable training visit.
Tasks and ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and guests with a friendly, professional greeting at the front desk.
- Lead center tours to help visitors feel comfortable and informed.
- Maintain visitor records and complete Export Compliance steps as needed.
- Coordinate client hotel and transportation accommodations and provide luggage tags.
- Prepare Client Welcome Packets to support a seamless arrival experience.
- Assist clients with login needs for client‑facing apps.
- Support the center by creating reports as requested.
- Facilitate client check‑in and ensure a smooth start to their visit.
- Contribute to supply management, front desk organization, and gift shop activities.
- Assist with customer lunches and any special center requirements.
- Manage regulatory approval processing and tracking.
- Oversee M‑1 Visa and Visa Invitation Letter procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Provide guidance and training to entry‑level Customer Support team members when needed.
- Associate degree (AA) from a two‑year college or technical school preferred.
- One to two (1-2) years related experience in related field such as customer service, hospitality or administration.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate. The employee may be required to stand; walk; sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view monitors, technical documents, and reference material. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
